4. Subscription Plans and Payment

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free: 3 BILLAI questions (lifetime)
• Pro Monthly: $19/month
• Pro Yearly: $99/year

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

5.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will lose access to premium features but will not be charged again.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the high costs of AI infrastructure and real-time data processing, we are unable to offer refunds once a subscription begins. This is why we offer free questions upfront — so you can experience BILLAI before committing. We want you to be 100% confident before you subscribe.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from our Service
