How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your CITRON.AI subscription at any time. There are two easy ways:
Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)
Click the "Manage Subscription" link in your account settings. This will take you to Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel immediately.
Option 2: Email Us
Send an email to contact@citron.ai with your account email. We'll process your cancellation within 24 hours.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You'll continue to have full access to all Pro features until then
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- After your billing period ends, you'll revert to the free plan (3 BILLAI questions lifetime)
Our Refund Policy
No Refunds Policy
All subscriptions are non-refundable. This is due to the significant costs of AI infrastructure and real-time data processing that are incurred immediately upon usage.
Every question you ask BILL AI and every signal we generate incurs real costs — from AI model inference to real-time market data feeds from multiple premium providers. Unlike traditional software, these costs are immediate and cannot be recovered.

Can I get a refund?
No. All subscriptions are non-refundable. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the platform before subscribing.
What if I accidentally subscribed?
Contact us immediately at contact@citron.ai. We review accidental subscription claims on a case-by-case basis.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
We don't currently offer a pause feature. You can cancel and resubscribe later when you're ready to use the service again.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and question history will be retained. If you resubscribe later, everything will be there. If you want your data deleted, email us and we'll process your request.
