How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your CITRON.AI subscription at any time. There are two easy ways:

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

Click the "Manage Subscription" link in your account settings. This will take you to Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel immediately.

Option 2: Email Us

Send an email to contact@citron.ai with your account email. We'll process your cancellation within 24 hours.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have full access to all Pro features until then
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • After your billing period ends, you'll revert to the free plan (3 BILLAI questions lifetime)

Our Refund Policy

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Due to the high costs of AI infrastructure and real-time data processing, we're unable to offer refunds once a subscription begins.

Every question you ask BILLAI incurs real costs for us — from AI model inference to real-time market data feeds. Unlike traditional software, these costs are immediate and cannot be recovered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a partial refund for unused time?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer partial refunds. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access until your billing period ends, so you can still use the full value of your subscription.

What if I accidentally subscribed?

If you subscribed by mistake and haven't used any Pro features, please contact us immediately at contact@citron.ai. We'll review your case and do our best to help.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

We don't currently offer a pause feature. You can cancel and resubscribe later when you're ready to use the service again.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account and question history will be retained. If you resubscribe later, everything will be there. If you want your data deleted, email us and we'll process your request.
